Days where I feel like Im doing everything “right” and still waking up exhausted. Still bloated. Still anxious. Still not myself.
It feel like im pouring everything I haveinto healing… and getting nothing back.
No instant relief. No magic moment. Just more supplements, more protocols, more questions.

And that’s the part no one really talks about.
That healing is not linear.
That you can be doing everything “right” and still feel like you’re drowning.

But here’s what I’ve learned—
Every choice you make to nourish yourself instead of punish yourself…
Every time you rest instead of push through…
Every little “no” to what drains you and “yes” to what supports you—
It all adds up. Even when it doesn’t feel like it.

Healing is slow. It’s sacred. It’s messy.
And it’s worth every step.

You’re just in the part of the story where the breakthrough hasn’t shown up yet.
